Finance Solicitor (1-3 years PQE) – Belfast (Hybrid Working)

• Assist in financing deals, including conducting company searches, drafting corporate authorisations and ancillary documents, drafting security and other transaction documents, and managing conditions precedent.
• Collaborate with other practice groups within the global network to provide high‑quality legal services to clients.

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales, Northern Ireland, or another common law jurisdiction (e.g., Republic of Ireland), with a willingness to requalify in England and Wales if required.
• 1-3 years PQE, with at least 6 months' experience in Banking & Finance Law.
