Commercial Contracts Solicitor 2+ Years PQE Belfast An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Commercial Contracts Solicitor to join a leading commercial law firm in Belfast.

This role offers access to high-profile clients, cross-jurisdictional work, and the chance to be part of a progressive and fast-paced team.

The Role You will advise a diverse range of clients, from multinational corporations to scaling tech and energy companies, on a broad spectrum of commercial matters, including:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts Supply of goods and services, agency, distribution, and outsourcing agreements Technology, IP, and data protection-related contracts Supporting corporate transactions from a commercial perspective Advising on contractual risk and regulatory compliance Youll work closely with partners and senior solicitors, gaining exposure to both standalone advisory work and large-scale projects.
