The Role The firm is seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancing Solicitor to join its well-established and busy property team. This is a key hire, offering the opportunity to take ownership of a substantial residential conveyancing caseload while playing a senior role within the team. The successful candidate will manage matters from instruction through to completion, working closely with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure a smooth and efficient conveyancing process.

There is scope for involvement in mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to best practice within the department.

Key Responsibilities Managing a full and varied residential conveyancing caseload independently Handling transactions from initial instruction through to post-completion Drafting, reviewing, and approving contracts, leases, and associated documentation Acting as a senior point of contact for clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties Ensuring all matters are progressed in line with regulatory and compliance requirements Providing clear, timely, and professional advice and updates to clients Supporting the wider property team where required Requirements Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland Significant experience in residential conveyancing Strong technical knowledge and sound professional judgement Excellent communication and client care skills Ability to manage a busy caseload with a high degree of autonomy Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive approach Experience supervising or supporting junior staff (desirable) Benefits Salary of £55,000 - £65,000 plus bonus, depending on experience Excellent annual leave entitlement Your own office and dedicated support staff Flexible working arrangements (full-time or part-time) Opportunity to join a respected, stable, and supportive local firm For further information on this job, or any other Legal job in Belfast or Northern Ireland, apply via the link or contact Ciaran Gallagher for a confidential chat today.
