Litigation Solicitor The Opportunity A well-established and progressive law firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding team.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive, commercially minded environment, handling a strong and consistent flow of quality litigation work.

The Role You will manage a varied caseload of civil litigation matters, with a focus on personal injury claims, including motor and non-motor cases, as well as uninsured loss recovery. The position offers autonomy, responsibility, and the chance to develop your practice within a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities Running a caseload of civil litigation files from inception to conclusion Handling personal injury claims (motor, non-motor, and uninsured loss) Providing clear, practical advice to clients Drafting pleadings, court documents, and correspondence Negotiating settlements and progressing claims efficiently Building and maintaining strong client relationships
