Position: Legal Secretary (Conveyancing)

Honeycomb is delighted to partner with a prominent Belfast law firm in the search for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their established and respected conveyancing team.

The Job

You will be responsible for providing comprehensive secretarial support within a busy conveyancing department, working alongside experienced solicitors on a diverse range of property matters. This position would suit an experienced Legal Secretary with solid conveyancing expertise and strong organisational ability.

Package/Benefits:
  • £26,000 - £31,000 DOE
  • Generous holiday entitlement and pension scheme

The Role
  • Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the conveyancing department
  • Draft, prepare, and manage conveyancing documents and related correspondence
  • Audio typing and effective file management
  • Communicate professionally with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
  • Manage diaries, appointments, and critical deadlines
  • Ensure confidentiality and maintain excellent attention to detail at all times
The Person
  • Proven experience as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary is required
  • Excellent audio typing and general administrative skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
  • Capable of working independently while contributing to a team environment
  • Dependable, flexible, and professional in their approach
