Nixon McQuade are working with a Leading Firm in Belfast who are searching for a Corporate Solicitor
.

This role sits within an award-winning team and involves advising leading corporates across all industry sectors, as well as private equity and venture capital investors
, on strategic corporate activity.

• Qualified lawyer with 4+ years’ post-qualification experience
  , ideally operating at senior associate level
• Strong corporate and M&A experience gained within a leading large, mid-tier, or high-quality boutique firm
• Demonstrated ability to manage and drive complex transactions with a high degree of autonomy
• Excellent drafting and technical skills
• Proven client relationship management capabilities and an interest in business development
• Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
• A collaborative leader who actively supports team development and aligns with the firm’s culture and values
