Data Privacy & Human Rights Paralegal

We are working with a tier-1 law firm based in Belfast for a Paralegal to join their Data Privacy & Human Rights team.

The successful candidate will join an impressive Data Privacy team, advising an internationally recognised client base on high-profile and often sensitive matters across the UK, Ireland, and beyond. The role will focus on supporting complex data protection, privacy and cyber compliance work, with particular involvement in data subject access requests, workplace privacy, and incident response. Additionally, you would work on high-level human rights issues.

You will work directly with clients and international counsel on some of the most high-impact cases in the UK and Ireland, including human rights work, and matters involving government bodies. Security clearance and inquiry experience are highly desirable, and the firm can offer exceptional training, and the potential opportunity to progress to a training contract for the right candidate.

• Paralegal with security clearance or inquiry experience;
• Background in data privacy and human rights law desirable;
