Overview

Pathway Careers is working with a well-established national law firm in Belfast to recruit a Solicitor to join their Real Estate team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 1–4 years’ PQE seeking exposure to a broad range of commercial property matters, including both Northern Ireland-based work and high-quality London transactions. The role offers a collaborative, supportive environment with strong career development prospects.

• Advising on a wide range of commercial property matters.

• Handling acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.

• Acting for landlords and tenants on commercial leases.

• Supporting high-value and complex transactions, including London-based work.

• Managing files with minimal supervision while maintaining excellent client care.

• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties.

• Collaborating closely with colleagues across the wider Real Estate team.

• Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland or England & Wales.

• Experience in commercial real estate/property law.

• Strong technical ability with excellent attention to detail.

• Commercially minded with a practical approach to problem-solving.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities effectively.

• Salary up to £47,500, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits.
