We’re looking for a high‑performing Senior Underwriter with deep expertise in Property and Casualty to drive growth and deliver results from our Belfast office. Lead complex deals, strengthen broker partnerships and make a visible impact in a role that’s central to our commercial success. Pay:
Circa £55,000 per annum. Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.

• Take ownership of major deals, using your expertise to win and retain strategic accounts that drive growth.
• Develop trusted partnerships with brokers, leveraging collaboration to unlock new opportunities and strengthen market presence.
• Represent the business confidently through face‑to‑face engagement, networking, and active participation in industry events.
• Support team development by guiding peers, reviewing referrals, and ensuring consistent delivery of high‑quality service.
• Work closely with internal departments to streamline processes and deliver seamless, client‑focused solutions.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for priority clients, anticipating needs and delivering tailored, responsive support.

• Proven expertise in underwriting complex Property and Casualty risks.
• Track record of dealing with large and/or complex risks and cases.
• Proven ability to manage broker relationships that fuel growth and long‑term retention.
