Technical Program Manager - Boards, HW and Solutions

Overview

Join our Technical Marketing organization as a new‑graduate Technical Program Manager (TPM) supporting the tracking and readiness of silicon, evaluation boards, and hardware/software solutions
. In this highly cross‑functional role, you’ll collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Marketing teams to help ensure our platforms and customer‑facing solutions are delivered with clarity, quality, and predictable execution.

• Track silicon and board availability, status, and readiness across development stages
• Monitor HW/SW solution deliverables including firmware, drivers, OS images, and reference designs
• Coordinate with Engineering and Operations to maintain schedules, identify risks, and drive issue closure
• Support key processes related to board logistics, sample tracking, and customer enablement
• Prepare concise status updates and dashboards for internal stakeholders

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
• Strong organization, communication, and analytical skills
• Interest in semiconductors, hardware platforms, firmware, and/or system‑level software
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Familiarity with spreadsheets, project‑tracking tools (Jama, Jira), or basic scripting is a plus
