* Designing and delivering end-to-end Microsoft Power Platform solutions
* Building, deploying and managing automation and AI-driven workflows
* Working closely with stakeholders across business and technology teams
* Acting as a trusted advisor, translating requirements into practical solutions
* Supporting and mentoring junior consultants and reviewing deliverables
* Staying close to emerging trends in AI, automation and Microsoft tooling What you'll bring:
* Experience in consulting, automation, AI, Power Platform or similar roles
* Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (certification a plus)
* Exposure to Intelligent Automation and AI use cases in real environments
* Confident communicator, comfortable working directly with clients
* Analytical mindset with the ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems
