Job SummarySeeking an experienced Specialist with 5 to 7 years of expertise in Appian Administration to manage and optimize Appian environments
Job Description- Manage and maintain Appian platforms ensuring high availability and performance
- Oversee Appian environment setup configuration and upgrades
- Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues related to Appian applications
- Collaborate with development teams to implement best practices for Appian deployment
- Ensure compliance with security policies and data protection standards within Appian environments
- Develop and maintain documentation related to Appian administration processes
- Provide technical support and guidance for Appian platform users
- Plan and execute disaster recovery and backup strategies for Appian systems
- Administer Appian environments including installation configuration and patching
- Monitor system performance and capacity planning to support business needs;
Implement security controls and manage user access within Appian - Coordinate with cross functional teams for seamless application deployment and integration
- Conduct root cause analysis and resolve platform related incidents
- Automate routine tasks to improve operational efficiency
- Train and mentor junior administrators and support staff on Appian best practices
- Stay updated with the latest Appian features and industry trends to recommend improvements
