• Designswireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups, adhering to usability best practices and accessibility standards
• Leads the creation and use of journey and process maps to help prioritise and guide design direction
• Facilitates user research and usability testing to inform design decisions andvalidateconcepts
• Works with wider project team toestablishvalue of UX design as a discipline
• Analyse user feedback and usage data toidentifyareas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and translate them into effective design solutions
• Advocate for best practices in UX and accessibility throughout the product development lifecycle

• Proven experience designing for enterprise software or SaaS solutions
• Understanding of information architecture, interactiondesignand visual design principles
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present designs and rationale to stakeholders.
• Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies
• Knowledge of Workday product architecture
• Knowledge of IT General Controls
• Ability to balance businessobjectiveswith user needs to deliver high-quality solutions.
