We are seeking aJunior
Salesforce Administrator to support our Salesforce platform andassistwith a range of administrative and operational tasks.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, eager to learn, and motivated to develop technical skills within Salesforce and related technologies.
This position offers hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, with exposure to automation and development tools such as Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce Pages, Apex, and T-SQL, supported by mentorship from senior team members.
Key Responsibilities- Support the day-to-day administration ofthe
Salesforce platform. - Assistwithmaintainingdata quality through data cleansing and basic deduplication tasks.
- Help configure Salesforce objects, fields, record types, and page layouts under guidance.
- Support existing workflows, validation rules, and automation processes.
- Assistin creating, updating, and maintaining
Salesforce reports and dashboards. - Helpmonitordata accuracy and consistency.
- Respond to reporting requests from internal teams.
- Support the build and maintenance of Salesforce Flows.
- Learn best practices by reviewing existing automation with senior team members.
- Assistin documenting automation logic and changes.
- Resolve straightforward issues and elevate complex problems when required.
- Receive structured training and ongoing support.
- Gradually take ownership of assigned Salesforce tasks.
- Work closely with senior team members on more complex configurations and projects.
- Develop technical and problem-solving skills over time.
- Helpidentifyopportunities to improve Salesforce processes.
- Suggest enhancements to workflows and user experience.
- Learn how technology supports business needs.
- Work with Stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Communicate clearly with users when providing support or updates.
- Assist with documentation and simple user guides.
- Support basic training activities for Salesforce users.
- Handle sensitive and confidential data responsibly.
- Follow internal data protection policies and Salesforce security best practices.
- Develop an understanding of data privacy risks and compliance requirements (including GDPR).
- Basic experience with Salesforce (admin tasks, Trailhead, coursework, or practical use).
- Strong interest in learning Salesforce administration and automation.
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive and positive approach to learning.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Experience with Salesforce tools such as Flows or Data Loader.
- Basic knowledge of reporting and dashboards.
- Basic understanding of SQL or data concepts.
- Any Salesforce certifications or Trailhead achievements (not essential).
