Technical Support Manager (TGE) –
MAN Truck & Bus UK

We are recruiting for a Technical Support Manager (TGE) to join our team on a full time permanent basis.

• Develop and maintain an ongoing working relationship with the Swindon technical support department
• Assist the Regional Support Managers with regard to TGE technical support issues and attend structured meetings with dealer and customers as required
• Provide technical in service reports as required
• Carry out annual Road Speed Limiter audits at approved MAN dealer locations in line with DVSA requirements

• Good presentation and negotiating skills
• Dealer and customer focused
• Good commercial awareness
• Working knowledge of computer diagnostic systems for fault finding and programming requirements
