Information Technology Support Analyst

We are searching for an IT Support Analyst who will deliver high-quality 1st line and desk side support across four office locations. This role involves providing hands-on technical assistance, resolving software and hardware issues, and delivering an excellent customer experience within a Microsoft-based environment.

• Provide 1st line and desk side IT support to users across four offices
• Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues, including AV and video conferencing equipment
• Support Microsoft-based environments, including Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
• Set up new users, manage permissions, and maintain security groups
• Assist with Azure-related tasks, including setting up and maintaining directories
• Support and troubleshoot telephony systems
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams where appropriate
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, requests, and resolutions
• Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring a positive end-user experience
