An award-winning financial technology team is expanding its platform engineering capability as it modernises infrastructure and integrates AI-driven solutions across its product suite.

We're seeking two Senior Dev Ops Engineers to join a close-knit, forward-thinking engineering team based in Belfast, where innovation, collaboration, and reliability are at the core of everything we do.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role, ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex infrastructure challenges and shaping Dev Ops practices that drive scalability, security, and automation.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS).
• Own and evolve Infrastructure as Code delivery using Terraform.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid, reliable delivery of .NET, data, and AI services.
• Implement observability and monitoring solutions to maximise performance and uptime.
• Collaborate closely with software engineering teams to streamline development and deployment workflows.
• Drive automation across build, release, and infrastructure management processes.
• Contribute to architectural and security discussions, influencing platform strategy and governance.
• Mentor and support other engineers, fostering Dev Ops best practices.

• Proven experience in a Senior or Lead Dev Ops or Platform Engineering role.
• Deep expertise with Terraform
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Git Hub Actions, Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins).
• Solid experience with Azure or AWS
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Scripting experience in Power Shell, Bash, or Python.
• Background in supporting .NET applications in production environments.
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

• Experience in financial services, fintech, or compliance-driven environments.
• Exposure to AI/ML pipelines, data automation, or intelligent analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with infrastructure testing, policy-as-code, or advanced cloud security.
