Help shape ethical digital learning systems that support youth leadership, wellbeing and global collaboration for an award‑winning international social enterprise empowering underserved youth across Northern Ireland, South Africa, Sudan and India.

By co‑designing, co‑leading and optimising a coherent digital innovation strategy, Bologna you will:
  • Turn tested, in‑person learning and wellbeing practices into accessible digital journeys
  • Ensure AI and digital tools are used responsibly, transparently and in service of learning
  • Strengthen progression pathways across the eduSOIL Learning & Leadership Spine
  • Create clarity about what should be built, paused, adapted or retired
  • Prevent technology‑led drift by keeping pedagogy, safeguarding and wellbeing central
With a dedicated eLearning & Digital Innovation Manager, eduSOIL can:
  • Scale learning without compromising care, ethics or inclusion
  • Integrate digital tools that genuinely support educators, youth and volunteers
  • Build shared digital infrastructure across countries instead of fragmented systems
  • Reduce dependency on external developers by strengthening internal technical judgement

We are seeking a values‑led, deliveryitra digital learning leader with strong technical literacy and a deep respect for safeguarding, pedagogy and well‑being.

Skills & Experience Needed

You should have:

  • At least 3–5 years’ professional experience in one or more of the following
    • eLearning or digital learning systems
    • Instructional design or curriculum design
    • Digital education, EdTech వచ్చే learning platforms
    • Digital innovation within education, youth or wellbeing contexts
  • Strong understanding of
    • Learning architecture and progression design.periodic
    • Instructional design principles and learner journeys
    • Accessibility, inclusion and culturally responsive learning
    • UX/UI considerations as they relate to learning (not just usability)
  • Technical literacy sufficient to
    • Collaborate confidently with developers and technical partners
    • Understand full‑stack implications, system architecture and integration
    • Assess feasibility, risk and trade‑offs in digital builds

      Challenge or refine technical proposals when learning integrity is at stake
  • Experience working with or alongside
    • Educators, facilitators, youth workers or programme teams
    • Digital platforms, online communities or blended learning environments

  • Strong systems thinking and documentation skills, with the ability to

  • Experience in charities, CICs, social enterprises or international contexts is highly valued but not essential.
  • You do not need prior experience with Design for Change or MEtime methodologies, but you must be open to learning and working within established frameworks that prioritize youth voice, safeguarding and wellbeing.
