As part of their international growth strategy, the company is establishing a new hub in Northern Ireland. Early hires will have the chance to make a real impact - working on core product development, driving innovation, and helping shape the culture of the new team.

You'll collaborate closely with experienced colleagues across the US and Europe, contribute to new product features, and get exposure to cutting-edge technologies including AI and cloud-native solutions.

• Build and deliver new product features across the core platform
• Contribute to innovation projects, including AI/ML initiatives
• Work cross-functionally with design, product, and engineering colleagues globally
• Represent the brand in NI and play a key role in growing the hub

• Strong full-stack engineering skills - REACT, RUNY, PYTHON (Ruby is essential)
• Curiosity and drive to work with emerging tools and AI technologies
• Cloud-native mindset, ideally with AWS - open to other cloud platforms
• A collaborative approach and interest in shaping a new engineering culture
