Dev Ops Engineer - Tech For Good

You will help shape the future and day‑to‑day of this team, allowing the team to focus on continuous improvement and enhanced optimisation strategies building for the future of the company.

We’re not looking for someone who only knows tools – we’re looking for someone who is able to maintain, improve, and operate existing CI/CD pipelines in a hands‑on role.

• Empowering development teams with a self‑service capability to deploy securely through CI/CD.
• Working with a large focus on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation with the majority of time spent in cloud development within the IDE building and automating capabilities.
• Support the development and QA teams with environment deployments.
• Operate and monitor AWS resources across multiple accounts.
• Run and maintain the AWS Serverless platform.
• Run AWS security tooling, create pipelines, automate tools, libraries and set up monitoring systems.
• Manage and maintain the AWS environment, ensuring it is secure and efficient.

• 3+ years experience as a Dev Ops Engineer in an AWS environment.
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Cloud Formation.
• Experience with AWS technologies and tools such as Lambda, Cloud Watch and ECS.
• Be able to maintain, improve, and operate existing CI/CD pipelines.
• Eager to work in a delivery focused role, be hands‑on and dependable.
