You’ll work closely with business and technology teams to translate requirements into clear, deliverable solutions that support long-term transformation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple stakeholders, shaping delivery roadmaps, and bringing structure and clarity to complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and system requirements
• Translate high-level needs into features and user stories
• Support roadmap planning and delivery activities
• Lead workshops and stakeholder sessions
• Work closely with architects and engineering teams
• Support testing and implementation activities

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or regulated environments

Required Skills

• Strong requirements analysis and documentation skills
• Experience working in Agile delivery teams
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
