EDM Consultant with German (Workday Product) – Kainos, Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom.

Kainos is a leading technology partner delivering cutting‑edge Workday solutions to global customers. As an EDM Consultant, you will lead the implementation and configuration of Workday’s Employee Document Management application for a global Workday customer, typically taking responsibility for a workstream.

• Lead the design, configuration and testing of the Workday EDM application, aligning solutions to customer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders to deliver high‑quality solutions within agreed timelines and budget.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert, providing guidance and mentorship to more junior team members.
• Manage your own workload independently, demonstrating strong communication and project management skills.

• Excellent understanding of Workday products (HCM, Financials, Payroll) or specialist capabilities.
• Fluent in German (written and spoken) – essential.
• Experience in a consulting environment with a strong customer‑facing focus and the ability to build relationships.
• Clear, concise communication skills – credible and empathetic, with experience presenting and facilitating workshops.
• Sound commercial awareness, project and business dynamics understanding.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and quality in work.
• Knowledge of confidentiality, non‑disclosure and data security policies.

• Workday HCM, Financials, Payroll or PM certification.
