About this role: The Motability Specialist will be the first point of contact for our Motability customers and will support them through a knowledgeable buying process with honesty and enthusiasm. This is a people‑first role focused on providing a smooth, stress‑free experience for customers.

• Serve as the key point of contact for customers via email, phone and in person.
• Achieve sales targets in line with KPIs.
• Identify new business opportunities and support colleagues within your team.
• Listen well and influence and persuade in varying circumstances.
• Handle customers with vulnerabilities – show patience, professionalism and a people‑oriented attitude.

Previous experience within the automotive industry is preferred. You should be passionate about growth, highly organised, customer‑focused and target driven. A quick learner who can guide customers through the Motability buying process with honesty, enthusiasm, and a supportive approach.

OTI: Up to £50,000 OTE (including £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission)

Hours: 44 hours per week – Monday‑Wednesday 9‑5.30 pm, Thursday 9‑8 pm, Friday 9‑5 pm, Saturday 9‑3 pm on a rota.
