• Engage with business and technology stakeholders to define strategic direction and enterprise roadmaps.

• Define and maintain enterprise‑wide architecture principles, frameworks and tools to ensure agility, scalability and innovation.
• Collaborate with business owners and delivery teams to ensure solutions deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Champion continuous improvement and thought leadership within the architecture community.

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or Head of Architecture in a complex, multi-domain organisation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate effectively at executive and board levels

• Deep understanding of business strategy, technology ecosystems, and enterprise road mapping
  .
• Experience managing architecture teams or practices, including governance and capability development.
• Demonstrated ability to support end‑to‑end delivery
