Dev Ops Engineer – Fin Tech | Belfast (Hybrid)

A fast-growing Fin Tech in Belfast is scaling its engineering function and looking for a Dev Ops Engineer to help drive infrastructure, automation, and reliability across a large-scale Azure-based platform.

You’ll work with Kubernetes (AKS), Terraform, and ArgoCD to enable rapid, secure deployments across multiple product teams, ensuring systems remain fast, reliable, and secure as they scale to tens of thousands of users.

• Build and maintain Azure Kubernetes infrastructure using Terraform
• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines with ArgoCD and Git Ops workflows
• Implement monitoring and observability with Prometheus / Grafana
• Drive security, automation, and cloud reliability best practices
  
  Strong experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Azure
• CI/CD expertise (ArgoCD, Git Hub Actions, or similar)
• Scripting in Bash or Python
• Solid understanding of cloud networking and security

Experience with Fin Ops, AI/ML infrastructure, or SaaS platforms is a plus.
