Resourcing Partner.

As the Resourcing Partner you work with our Supply Chain Team and be responsible for the attraction and recruitment of Supply Chain Operations (Drivers and Warehouse Operatives).

What you’ll be doing :

Key responsibilities include actively sourcing top talent, develop talent pipelines, build positive candidate engagement and inspire people to want to join Musgrave. You will research and anticipate market changes affecting recruitment and ensure plans are adapted to respond.

You will develop and manage relationships with universities/colleges and professional bodies.

What we are looking for:
  • Strong track record in Talent Acquisition and employer brand development
  • Proven experience in direct sourcing talent for roles
  • Experience executing high volume recruitment campaigns
  • Experience building talent pipelines and candidate panels for organisations to deploy when required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organisation
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise and deliver high quality results
  • Self-starter and able to work on own initiative
  • A team player
  • Driving Licence & Access to Own Vehicle is essential to commute between sites
