Job Description- We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR & Payroll Administrator to support payroll-critical HR administration activities within a high-volume manufacturing environmen
- The role focuses on managing time and attendance data, ensuring payroll accuracy, and acting as the primary point of contact for employee and manager queries related to time, attendance, and leave
- You will work closely with the local HR team and the central client payroll team in North Wales, ensuring strict adherence to monthly payroll cut-off deadlines. This is a key operational role requiring accuracy, resilience, and the ability to adapt as processes continue to evolve
- Administer and maintain the time and attendance system (Google App Sheet).
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of employee hours, overtime, sickness, holidays, and other leave types.
- Resolve system errors, warnings, and discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Travel is unlikely.

- Exposure to payroll administration processes.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in HR administration and/or payroll support roles.
- Experience working in a high-volume environment (ideally manufacturing).
- Strong proficiency with time & attendance systems and Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a developing process environment.
- High levels of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
- Produce weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for payroll processing, HR analysis, and management review.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance when handling sensitive employee data.
- Act as the first point of contact for time and attendance queries from employees, managers, and HR.
- Provide timely, professional resolution of issues and clear guidance on processes.
- Prepare and complete payroll input sheets, new hire documentation, and HR administration forms.
- Manage weekly and monthly data uploads, including manual adjustments where required.
- Liaise with the client payroll team to ensure payroll deadlines are met without exception.
