  • Leading the design and delivery of Strategic Workforce Planning across the business
  • Turning workforce data into insight and helping leaders make informed decisions
  • Creating practical frameworks and processes that support long-term workforce planning
  • Building demand/supply models to support workforce sizing, shaping and future skills planning

  • The ability to interpret workforce data and make clear, fact-based recommendations
  • Experience influencing and engaging senior stakeholders
, including gaining buy-in for change
  • A track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams and building strong relationships

This is a role with impact. The work you do will help the team shape decisions about how the company will build, buy, borrow and boost skills, ensuring the company is ready for the future and set up for sustainable growth.
