MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with an innovative clean technology company based in Belfast to recruit a part-time Senior HR Advisor. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth organisation at a formative stage and play a central role in shaping its people strategy.

• Delivering end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle
• Implementing, and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and employment contracts, and drafting new policies if needed
• Ensuring compliance with employment legislation
• Managing HR systems and maximising the use of Employment Hero
• Coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities during a period of expansion
• Supporting performance management and development frameworks
• Advising managers on people-related matters
• Contributing to workforce planning, succession planning, and organisational growth initiatives

• Previous experience in a generalist HR role
• Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and comfortable working in an evolving organisation
• Positive attitude to adapt to the needs of a scaling business
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• CIPD qualification desirable
• Experience in a manufacturing / operational environment beneficial

• Competitive salary offering £35-45k FTE
