Asa Food & Beverage Assistant,you willbe responsible fortheday-to-dayservicewithin the Bar and Restaurant,ensuring exceptional service standards are delivered andalwaysmaintainedin line with our guest expectations.

• Assistin creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Tobe responsible forthe service and wellbeing of our guests.
• Toassistin the set up and closedown of theBar &Restaurant.
• Familiarise yourself with the menu and as much information about the food and beverage offering available in order toanswer any questions guests may have
• Take food and beverage orders and ensure that orders are communicated to the kitchen and bar promptly and accurately.
• Ensure that the preparation and presentation of each section is of a high standard andis in line with the standards set.
• Maintain a high standard of Restaurant and back of house cleanliness and hygiene practices.
• Ensure all cash, charge, float and till procedures are carried out in line with agreed procedures
• Prepare all back of house service points with regard to expected numbers for breakfast,lunchor dinnerrequirementsas necessary.
• Maintain a professional working relationship with all departments in the hotel.

• Previous Food & Beverage experience, preferably within a hotel environment.
• Excellent customer service skills, standards driven, good organisational skills.
• Flexibility – to enjoy working different shift patterns and seeing the operation on different days of the week including the weekends.
• A warm and friendly personality.
• Good teamwork skills - we want work to be fun for all our employees.
• Have a genuine interest in providing hospitality to our customer.
