Recuitment Consultant Healthcare

Recruitment Consultant (Healthcare Division). We are seeking an additional Consultant to join our Belfast based team. as a result of the ongoing grow of this Sector. First Choice are a Major supplier of Healthcare Staff within Both the Public and Private sectors and are contracted to all of Northern Irelands Healthcare Trusts for Temporary Staff.

The Role on Offer is a varied one and main aspects of the role will include. Handling Daily Staff Requirements for a range of Clients including a number of Hospitals Preparing and placing Recruitment adverts Screening advert response Registering Staff for placement and ensuring they meet all legal requirements to work in the Healthcare Sector Managing Temporary workforce Maintaining Strong Client Relationships Taking part in Recruitment days and job fairs Marketing First Choice Services Meeting Quarterly Targets Hours 8.45 to 5pm Monday to Friday (this is an office based role) Salary plus Quarterly Bonus Own Transport Essential Full Training
