Overview

An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a skilled Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional care home based in the Belfast, Northern Ireland area. The well‑established care home provides nursing care for individuals with complex medical needs, along with respite care to give family members or friends a much‑needed break.

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.

• Lead a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care.
• Produce well‑developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, with an understanding of regulatory frameworks.
• Maintain accurate documentation and resident records while incorporating the use of modern technology.
• Oversee all aspects of medication management on your shift in accordance with company policies and current legislation.
• Make decisions in a timely manner and provide guidance and support to all team members.
• Support, guide, teach and mentor others in line with the NMC Code, following its guidance at all times.

• Passionate about delivering great care and supporting residents and their families.
• A team player who engages well with others.
• Effective communication at all levels.
• Aware of and understanding of the CI/CQQ/RQIA National Care Standards.
• Knowledgeable of relevant legislation in relation to the role.
• Ability to deliver nursing care in a clinical environment.
