Care Assistant

We are looking for kind and caring individuals to provide care and support to vulnerable adults in their own home. • Ensure physical and emotional wellbeing.
• Support independence with dignity and respect.
• Assisting with dressing, bathing, toileting, and mobility support.
• Meal preparation.
• Provide much needed company and and engaging conversation.
• Light household duties.
• Social Outings, go for a cuppa and a walk around the shops.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Driver with access to own car
• Patience (you may have to listen to the same story numerous times)
• Previous experience working as a Care Assistant (not essential as full training will be provided)
• Be a good listener.
• A caring and friendly nature.
• A non judgemental approach to care.
• Good conversation.

You will be required to undergo an enhanced Access NI enhanced  registered with NISCC (or willing to register)
Complete all mandatory training.

We offer flexible working hours and a great rate of pay.
