OverviewSpringwell House is a male hostel accommodation providing support and care for up to 19 men in recovery from alcohol and drug misuse. It is situated close to Belfast city centre and offers 24‑hour staff support services, 365 days a year.
Essential Criteria- Completion of a relevant qualification equivalent to QCF level 2.
- At least one year of experience (formal or informal) working with homeless individuals and/or individuals with addiction problems in a community or residential setting.
- Previous administration experience, e.g., completing support plans, housing forms, etc.
- Must be currently registered with NISCC or achieve registration within 6 months if new to the sector.
- At least two years of experience (formal or informal) working with homeless individuals and/or individuals with addiction problems in a community or residential setting.

Be able to demonstrate an adequate level of computer literacy.
