Position: Deputy Nurse Manager (Fixed Term Contract)

This role offers an excellent step into senior management within a modern, purpose-built nursing home caring for younger adults with physical disabilities and complex care requirements. Key Responsibilities:

Working closely with an experienced multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, individualised care Supporting the Home Manager with the overall clinical and operational management of the service Providing strong leadership on the floor, promoting dignity, respect, and best practice Contributing to audits, quality improvement initiatives, and policy implementation Assisting with staffing, resource allocation, and service efficiency to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Essential Criteria :
Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC registration Minimum of one years experience in a supervisory or senior nursing role Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and coaching abilities Genuine passion for supporting younger adults with long-term and complex care needs Whats on
