The Role:

As Nurse Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing and delivering exceptional care to our residents. You will provide leadership to a team of dedicated nursing professionals, ensuring all care is delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. The Requirements: 4 years of post-qualification experience within an Elderly Care setting. 2 YEARS in a leadership post. NMC Registered RGN, RNLD or RMN.
