You will act as a role model for staff, support junior nurses, and work closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to maintain high standards of care and governance.

Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate shifts, ensuring safe staffing and high-quality care delivery Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing and support staff Deliver and oversee safe, effective nursing care Develop, implement, and review personalised care plans Administer and oversee medication management and clinical monitoring Act as a key point of contact for families and external professionals Support junior staff development and promote best practice Promote therapeutic engagement and recovery-focused activities Contribute to clinical governance, audits, and continuous improvement Who Were Looking For A registered Mental Health Nurse with active NMC registration Previous experience in a senior, charge, or leadership role (or readiness to step up) Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills A compassionate, confident approach to managing complex mental health needs Lets Talk Whether youre actively looking or simply exploring your next step, wed be happy to have a confidential conversation.
