We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Abingdon Manor. The role offers an hourly rate of £12.21 per hour, with enhanced overtime, company pension, and supportive team and career development opportunities.

• Provide personal care with warmth and respect (bathing, dressing, feeding).
• Encourage and support residents to maintain their independence.
• Monitor residents’ wellbeing and report changes.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and offer companionship.

• Kind, compassionate, and team-oriented individuals.
• Previous experience desired but not required – full training provided.
• Flexibility for shifts, including weekends.
