A leading charitable organization is seeking a Residential Project Worker in Belfast to support care-experienced young people aged 17-21. This role includes planning 1-1 sessions and ensuring effective communication within the residential setting. You will need a Level 3 qualification in a relevant field and experience working with youth. Offering £13.58 ph (£26,142.40 FTE), with scheduled hours during evenings, weekends, and sleepovers.
