Inotee Home Care NI, part of Inotee Group Limited, is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our care team. We provide high-quality home care services across Northern Ireland, supporting adults to maintain their independence and dignity in their own homes.
Responsibilities- Provide personal care and practical support to service users in their homes.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
- Assist with daily living activities including washing, dressing, eating, and medication support.
- Promote independence, dignity, and choice for all service users.
- Adhere to Inotee Group’s policies, RQIA standards, and safeguarding procedures.
- Ability to complete mandatory training and Access
NI Enhanced Disclosure check. - Previous experience in domiciliary or residential care.
- QCF Level 2 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
All roles involving regulated activity with vulnerable adults require an Enhanced Access
NI Disclosure check in accordance with the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups (NI) Order 2007. Applicants must provide proof of identity and consent to a criminal record check. Having a criminal conviction will not necessarily bar employment and will be considered in line with our Recruitment of Ex-Offenders Policy.
