We partner with TEMPLESPA, delivering a luxurious range of treatments and skincare products. Body Spa is operated by Andras House Ltd, part of Andras Hotels group, committed to excellence in service and guest experience.

Location Body Scape, 117 Milltown Road

As a Spa Therapist at Body Spa, you will deliver exceptional wellness treatments that promote relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall well-being for clients. You will help create a calming and luxurious experience for every guest through your expertise, professionalism, and warm approach. You will receive exclusive training from TEMPLESPA, with ongoing training and development opportunities to grow and refine your skills. In addition to delivering treatments, you will help maximise spa revenue through proactive recommendations and retailing of TEMPLESPA products to help clients continue their wellness journey at home.

24 hours per week

Up to £13.52 per hour, depending on age.

Your day to day

• Deliver a wide range of high-quality treatments such as massages, facials, body therapies, and specialist spa services using TEMPLESPA products to meet client needs and desired outcomes.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand each client’s needs and medical considerations, offering expert advice on suitable treatments and aftercare.
• Maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming spa environment with high hygiene and presentation standards.
• Record accurate client information and treatment notes, including recommendations for future care and home routines.
• Provide exceptional customer service, build rapport with guests, and ensure every visit exceeds expectations.
• Promote TEMPLESPA products, spa packages, and memberships with tailored recommendations to support ongoing wellness and revenue growth.
• Stay current with industry trends and techniques through continuous learning and training opportunities from Body Spa and TEMPLESPA.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless spa operations and outstanding guest experiences.

Required Criteria

• Recognised qualification in spa/beauty therapy: NVQ Level 3, ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, or equivalent
• At least 1 year experience as a Spa or Beauty Therapist, ideally in a hotel or destination spa
• Strong knowledge of spa and beauty treatments, techniques, and professional products
• Understanding of anatomy, physiology, and skin care principles
• Excellent customer service and a warm, professional manner
• Strong communication skills with clients and within a team
• Outstanding time management and organisational skills; ability to manage back-to-back appointments calmly
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality treatments
