Legal Cashier/Accounts Assistant - RECENTLY FILLED, Ringwood Job Summary
Salary: £27k-£35k DOE
Hours:
Office based Monday-Friday 9am-5pm for min 6 months training, then can do hybrid
Benefits: 23 days hols + Bank hols, birthday off, Christmas shut down off as extra (additional 5 days), ½ day Christmas shopping, free parking, pension
Key Requirements- Have previous accounts experience ideally from within the legal field but this is not essential
- Good attention to detail
- Purchase ledger experience
- Bank reconciliations experience
- Good IT experience, including accounts packages and Excel
- Processing incoming and outgoing payments for all client and office accounts
- Invoicing clients
- Maintaining client ledgers
- Answering queries from clients and staff
- Preparing client statements
- Conveyancing completions
- Billing
- Purchase ledger
- Internal account transfers
- Bank reconciliations
- Filing
- Compliance administration
