Honeycomb is delighted to partner with a leading UK advisory and wealth firm to recruit a Client Services Support Administrator for their growing Belfast team.
This is a full-time, permanent role based in Belfast City Centre with a hybrid working model.
Our client is a well-established UK advisory firm providing expertise across pensions, investments, benefits and wealth management. Known for their collaborative culture and forward-thinking approach, they support a broad range of clients from individuals to large organisations.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Client Services Support Administrator to support consultants, paraplanners and clients throughout the client journey.
The RoleThis role will support the onboarding and ongoing servicing of clients, ensuring processes are followed, records remain compliant and client service standards are maintained.
Key responsibilities include:
Onboarding new clients and supporting them through the client lifecycle
Processing new business across products including ISAs, GIAs, pensions, bonds, structured notes, EIS and VCTs
Processing client trades on platforms
Preparing annual review packs and ensuring reviews are completed in line with SLAs
Managing client correspondence and responding to queries
Recording client plans and fees on Intelliflo and relevant platforms
Monitoring cash balances and ensuring compliance documentation is complete
Providing general administrative support to consultants and the wider team
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within an IFA, financial planning or wealth management environment, along with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Key requirements include:
Experience with in wealth management / financial planning / IFA environment
Experience processing new business and platform trades (experience with Intelliflo advantageous)
Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Desirable experience includes knowledge of platform providers, DFMs and investment products such as ISAs, pensions, EIS and VCTs.
