This role will offer exposure to a busy finance function while providing the opportunity to develop your skills within a forward-thinking and sustainability-focused organisation.

About the Job Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Accounts Payable Administrator will play a key role in supporting the finance function with a primary focus on accounts payable processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with completing the following duties:
Maintain the purchase ledger, ensuring supplier invoices, credit memos and purchase orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner in line with company policies Perform supplier statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with suppliers Assist in preparing weekly and monthly payment runs and support month-end closing activities Maintain organised accounts payable records and documentation for easy retrieval and audit compliance Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounts payable related queries and reconcile intercompany transactions Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the finance function Assist with the preparation of CIS and RCT returns in compliance with HMRC and Irish Revenue regulations Assist with reconciliation tasks including customer accounts and bank statements Provide support to the finance team with ad hoc administrative and reporting duties Your Skills & Experience Previous experience in a similar finance or administration role Good working knowledge of accounts payable processes Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Ability to work independently as well as part of a team For further information on this opportunity or if you are considering the next step in your career, get in touch with Ollie Mairs at HireIQ in complete confidence.
