Credit Controller - Commercial Property Management Accounts

Hybrid (4 office days 1 at home)

• Due to expansion we are seeking an Credit Controller to join our Treasury team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing debts and ensuring timely payments from tenants.
• This role will offer the possibility of hybrid working after successful completion of probation.

• Chasing outstanding debts
• Liaising with surveyors and negotiating with debtors
• Resolving discrepancies
• Updating financial records
• Client reporting

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong credit control skills with excellent phone etiquette
• Ability to analyse financial information
• Familiarity with accounting software
• Experience in accounts payable is advantageous
• Credit Control: 1 year (essential)
