This is a desk with real momentum — strong existing client relationships, a warm candidate pipeline, and a leadership team that genuinely invests in its people.

You’ll take ownership of a specialist Accountancy & Finance desk, managing and developing client relationships across Northern Ireland — from SMEs through to large corporates. You’ll be sourcing and placing finance professionals at all levels, from part-qualified through to Finance Director, while driving business development and positioning yourself as a true market expert.

• Minimum 3 years' recruitment experience within an Accountancy & Finance specialism
• A consistent billing track record with strong client relationship skills
• Good knowledge of the A&F candidate market in Northern Ireland or the wider NI/ROI region
• Commercially minded, self-motivated, and comfortable operating at a senior level
• Someone who wants to grow with a business, not just in it
