Finance Manager - £50000 - £60000 per annum - Belfast Your new company A dynamic and fast-paced organisation with a strong presence across Northern Ireland, known for its innovative approach and commitment to excellence. This company is seeking a talented Finance Manager to join its leadership team and play a key role in driving financial performance and compliance. Your new role Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the Finance team, managing three direct reports across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Assistant functions.

You'll be responsible for preparing and presenting monthly management accounts, overseeing payroll and HMRC submissions, supporting audit processes, and ensuring financial compliance. You'll also collaborate closely with the Commercial Finance Manager to deliver strategic insights to senior leadership. What you'll need to succeed You'll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or a QBE accountant with at least 5 years experience, ideally within a fast-moving environment.

Strong leadership skills and experience managing a finance team are essential. You'll need a solid understanding of UK financial regulations, including VAT and Corporation Tax. Proficiency in financial systems and Excel, along with the ability to challenge assumptions and present confidently to senior stakeholders, will set you apart.
