Position: Financial Controller (exclusive)
Artemis Human Capital is working exclusively with a PE backed business entering an exciting phase of growth. As part of this journey, the company is creating a new Financial Controller position to take full ownership of the finance function and help shape the business for its next stage of development. This is a stand-alone and hands on role combining operational finance, controls, reporting, and commercial insight.

The Role:

Full oversight of the finance function, including month-end, management accounts and statutory reporting Implementing robust financial controls, processes, and systems suitable for a PE-backed environment Cash-flow management, forecasting and budgeting Providing commercial insight and support to the MD and senior leadership team Acting as the primary finance contact for PE investors and external advisors Building a scalable finance function to support future growth (with potential to hire in time) Experience

Required:

A professional accounting qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) qualified by experience will also be considered Experience in a high-growth, or entrepreneurial business Strong technical accounting and reporting skills, combined with commercial acumen A hands-on mindset with the ability to operate in a stand-alone finance role The confidence to challenge, influence, and partner with senior stakeholders The Benefits:
