This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys working closely with Directors and who thrives in a collaborative, positive team environment. There is a great Finance team in this business who are welcoming and hardworking.

Key Responsibilities Management Accounts:

Full production of monthly management accounts with commercial analysis. Strategic Support:

Working with Directors to provide insights for business growth and decision-making. Process Improvement:

Evaluating and improving financial systems and internal controls. Financial Planning:

Managing the annual budget and maintaining regular cash flow forecasts. Team

Collaboration:

Contributing to a high-performing team and supporting the wider business function. Candidate Requirements

Experience:

Significant experience as a Management Accountant within anSMEsetting.

Skills:

Strong ability to improve systems and processes; advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Communication:

Capable of communicating financial performance clearly to the Board of Directors.

Qualification:

ACCA, CIMA, ACA Qualifiedor Finalist. We will consider candidates who are Qualified by Experience if they have relevant experience., Benefits Direct Influence:
