The Opportunity Our client is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Compliance & Finance Analyst to join our clients Belfast-based team.
This role offers a unique blend of financial analysis and compliance oversight, supporting the integrity of financial processes and contributing valuable insight to strategic decision-making within a global operational framework.
Key Responsibilities Analyse financial data to identify risks, variances, and emerging trends. Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance frameworks and controls. Prepare detailed reports on compliance activities and financial performance. Review and reconcile estimates against as-built documentation, purchase orders, and invoices. Conduct thorough final account reviews. Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve financial queries. Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain robust financial governance and operational accuracy.
Experience & Skills Minimum of 2 years experience in financial analysis, compliance, or a related discipline. Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capability. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in Google Workspace (preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
